Eagle's Base Villa is a hilltop holiday home overlooking the southern tip of Tobago and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy cool breezes, tropical gardens and uninterrupted views, with Mount Irvine Beach a short drive away. On a clear day, Trinidad's Northern Range is visible in the distance.

The villa offers comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, storage and a variety of bed arrangements. An open-plan kitchen and living area opens onto the infinity-pool deck. Outdoor dining, hammocks, lounge chairs and swings provide space to relax and spend time together.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable television, an ice maker, a chest freezer and security facilities. Yoga mats and supporting accessories are available.

A separate cottage is also located on the estate. It is not included in a villa-only booking, but the villa and cottage can be booked together through the combined-estate listing. The cottage has its own kitchenette, covered porch, deck and jacuzzi.

Weddings, retreats, family gatherings and other events may be arranged with prior approval. Please contact the team to discuss your requirements.

Staff may visit the compound for necessary maintenance. We respect our guests' privacy and are available when needed.

After booking, guests receive a rental agreement to complete before arrival. It requests guest names, contact details and identification for security and emergency purposes.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
