Wing foiling — also called wing surfing — is the most exciting water sport to emerge in the Caribbean in years. You stand on a hydrofoil board (a board with an underwater wing attached to a mast), hold an inflatable handheld wing to catch the wind, and as you build speed, the hydrofoil lifts the board completely out of the water.
Wing foiling combines a handheld wing with a foil board. In Tobago, ask a watersports school in the Pigeon Point area about lessons and suitable wind and water conditions.
